We have set up fantastic incentives to encourage you to mentor and grow others. For each new partner you personally enroll, you earn a direct sales commission. There’s no limit to these bonuses – some of our top builders have personally enrolled 50, 100 people over time. Now, when these folks go out and enroll others, you also get a 50% match bonus – for example: if your enrollee earns $50 for signing someone, you get an extra $25 too . This really adds up as your team grows; you’re rewarded not just for your efforts, but for helping your team members succeed.

We love to celebrate our leaders. Achieve certain income milestones and you’ll earn some serious bling – literally. We award prestigious rings: a Sapphire Ring when you’re on track to earn $100k/year (marked by two consecutive months at ~$8,333/mo income) , a Ruby Ring at $250k/year, Diamond at $500k, etc. These rings are badges of honor in our community. And at the Five-Star Director level, we even award a luxury Rolex watch as a symbol of your accomplishments . Beyond material rewards, there’s the biggest prize of all: time freedom and financial freedom to live life on your terms. A Snapshot of the Earning Plan
Here's are the core ways you earn in the Builder Program (on top of your travel sales commissions):
Direct Sale Bonus
Every time you personally enroll a new travel business partner, paid weekly .
Mentor Bonus
Every time a person you enrolled signs up someone new, you get a 50% match bonus . They get $50, you get $25. Help your team, and you both win.
$4 Monthly Residual
For each active agent in your network (9 levels deep), you receive $4 monthly . Achieve 2 personal enrollments to unlock 2 levels, 3 to unlock 3 levels, up to 9 to unlock the full 9 levels.
$10 Gold Builder Bonus
Once Gold Builder (9 directs), whenever anyone in your downline enrolls a new agent, you get an override of $10 on that sale . This is on top of the above bonuses.
10% Matrix Match
Gold Builders also get a 10% match of all matrix earnings of their personally enrolled direct partners. This can be huge as those folks build their teams.
Director Bonuses & Guarantees
Starting at One-Star Director (100 team members), you earn an extra monthly bonus (at least $500) and qualify for the $1,000/mo minimum income guarantee . Each Director level (Two-Star, Three-Star, etc.) increases your bonus payout substantially, and higher Directors get additional recognition (like that Rolex at 5-Star ).
It may sound complex written out, but we’ll guide you through it step by step in training. The bottom line is multiple streams of income that reward both personal effort and team building. Many small checks can turn into a life-changing income when added together.
